Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is looking for a Scheduling / Planning Engineer in Dubai, UAE, to oversee EPC project monitoring and document control within a power generation project.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 8–10 years of relevant experience with strong skills in planning, scheduling, and document control. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of planning and scheduling experience on EPC/construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of critical path analysis, progress measurement, reporting, and delay monitoring.
• Excellent coordination and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor EPC Contractor schedules covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
• Audit EPC Contractor planning procedures and compliance with approved reporting requirements.
• Prepare planning input for weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and trend reports.
