Job summary

Sourcet Global is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to lead scheduling across project lifecycles in the UAE. You will own critical path logic, baseline management, and data-driven reporting, interfacing between site teams and senior management to keep projects on schedule.

You will require a bachelor's in engineering, 7 years total planning experience (3+ in UAE), expert Primavera P6, advanced Excel, and familiarity with Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 7 years total planning experience, 3+ years UAE.
• Expert in Primavera P6 (EPPM/PPM).
• Advanced MS Excel for dashboards and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with Power BI for automated reporting is a strong plus.
• PMP or PSP certification is highly preferred.
• Must be a member of the UAE Society of Engineers.

Job Summary

The Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for the overall scheduling progress monitoring and reporting of projects from inception to handover. You will act as the bridge between the site execution team and senior management providing data-driven insights to ensure project timelines are met. You must be an expert in logic-linking complex activities and managing the critical path in a high-pressure environment.

• Professional Experience: 7 years of total experience in Planning. At least 3 years of experience within the UAE.
