Job summary

Remotedxb in United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced SCCAF Coordinator to lead the SCCAF process from kickoff to final reports, coordinating among the client, general contractor, electrical contractor, and Olsson engineering team to ensure alignment with construction documents.

The role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, 4+ years in the AEC industry, and 2+ years of leadership in PM or coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is strongly preferred; an associate degree with equivalent experience is required.
• 4+ years of experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
• 2+ years of project management, project coordination, or related leadership experience.
• Familiarity with electrical engineering and design terminology.
• Understanding of project schedules, contracts, project financials, and documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for SCCAF coordination among the client, general contractor, electrical contractor, and Olsson engineering team.
• Lead the SCCAF process from project kickoff through final reports and labels.
• Develop and maintain a detailed SCCAF schedule.
• Coordinate the flow of SCCAF information and deliverables, including requests for information, submittals, equipment data, settings, labels, study revisions, and final reports.
• Track required inputs and follow up with project partners to address missing information or field discrepancies.
• Plan, lead, and document SCCAF coordination meetings.
• Partner with technical teams to support quality and alignment between deliverables and construction documents.
• Identify schedule and project delivery risks early.
• Support project management activities including deliverable tracking, document control, and invoicing coordination.
