Job summary

Saviynt is seeking a hands-on Saviynt Engineer to join onsite in Abu Dhabi for a 12‑month contract with extensions. The role targets junior-to-mid-level engineers with up to five years of live production experience, comfortable with incidents and real‑time system issues, and a practical problem‑solving mindset.

You will provide day-to-day operational support across live systems, manage incidents, investigate root causes, and implement fixes, while supporting systems after go‑live.

Qualifications

• Experience in a live production/operations environment.
• Comfortable with day-to-day support, incidents and real-time system issues.
• Hands-on engineer with practical problem‑solving ability.
• Able to investigate, identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Willingness to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support across live systems.
• Handle incidents, troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Investigate problems, identify root cause and implement fixes.
• Support and maintain systems after go-live with ongoing monitoring.
• Manage real-time issues, escalations and system performance.
