Job summary

Evolution Services seeks an experienced Freelance Production Manager for a fixed-term contract in Abu Dhabi (Oct–Dec 2026). The role oversees planning, coordination and delivery of one live event project, acting as a key link between client, project teams and suppliers, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Based in Abu Dhabi, onsite responsibilities include scheduling, procurement and production documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading live events or temporary installations from planning through delivery.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, procurement and cost estimates.
• Strong client-facing skills with clear communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage project from briefing through production, installation, delivery and close.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules for design, approvals, procurement and installation.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers for integrated production solutions.
• Develop supporting documents: mood boards, concepts, proposals and presentations.
• Assess materials, fabrication methods, structures and technical requirements (audio/lighting/video/staging).
• Prepare and manage budgets, quotations and cost tracking; monitor changes to scope.
