Responsibilities

• Perform periodic, preventive, and corrective maintenance on customer installations to ensure that applicable systems continue to perform reliably.
• Maintain accurate project records and monitor the performance of equipment, notifying Team Leads of recurring issues.
• Monitor graphic stations for error messages or alerts
• Ensure uninterrupted system operation
• Ensure industry and local physical security processes are followed
• Ensure timely response to attend and finish customer calls to meet service level agreements
• Log errors and resolutions to prevent system bottlenecks.
• Monitor the performance of existing systems and identify potential upgrades/updates.
• Material coordination
• Operational in focus, with direct impact on outcome and results within job scope and broader operational scope.
