Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in supply chain transformation, solution architecture, or technology consulting.
• Proven track record leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA supply chain transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes digitalized through SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, and cloud-native SAP deployments.
• Middle East regional experience with strong knowledge of local market dynamics.
• SAP S/4HANA certification in Procurement/MM, Plant Maintenance, or Manufacturing/PP preferred.
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications valued.

The Context

Capgemini Invent, the innovation and transformation arm of Capgemini, is looking for a seasoned SAP SCM Architect to lead Digital Core Supply Chain advisory and transformation engagements across the Middle East. The role combines deep SAP S/4HANA supply chain expertise with business development responsibilities, client advisory, and program leadership - operating at the most senior level of consulting delivery. What The Role Covers

Transformation Program Leadership

You deliver Digital Core Supply Chain transformation programs spanning procurement, manufacturing, and maintenance, leveraging the full Capgemini suite. You lead S/4HANA transformation roadmaps across greenfield, brownfield, and selective hybrid implementation approaches, ensuring quality and distinctive client impact throughout.

SAP Architecture Advisory

You act as a trusted advisor on SAP strategy including S/4HANA architecture decisions, cloud vs. on-premise considerations, and integration with the broader digital ecosystem covering SAP BTP, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities. You advise clients on BTP strategy, architecture, and roadmap development, bringing a strong understanding of RISE with SAP and cloud-native deployments.

Business Development & Account Growth

You lead and contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitches. You identify and create business opportunities across client accounts, develop campaign and offering propositions for SAP S/4HANA and BTP-enabled supply chain, and build senior client relationships with a focus on account growth.

You develop intellectual capital and points of view that strengthen Capgemini Invent's external reputation. You build, mentor, and grow consulting teams, supporting career development and skills demand within the practice.

Candidate Profile

• 12-15+ years of experience in supply chain transformation, solution architecture, or technology consulting
• Proven track record leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA supply chain transformation programs
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes digitalized through SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, and cloud-native SAP deployments
• Currently working in a major consulting firm or in industry with a consulting background
• Middle East regional experience with strong knowledge of local market dynamics
• SAP S/4HANA certification in Procurement/MM, Plant Maintenance, or Manufacturing/PP preferred
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications valued
• Industry specialization in manufacturing, consumer products, retail, or energy is an advantage
