Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Architect to lead Digital Core Supply Chain advisory and transformation engagements, preferably in Saudi Arabia, leveraging SAP S/4HANA and BTP to drive end-to-end optimization across procurement, maintenance, and manufacturing.

You will work with delivery teams to scope, envision future operating models, build business cases, and roll out transformations with measurable client impact across the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in supply chain transformation, solution architecture, or technology consulting.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA-enabled supply chain transformation programs.
• Experience with SAP Rise/Grow with SAP, SAP BTP, or cloud-native SAP deployments.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Digital Core Supply Chain transformation programs across procurement, manufacturing and maintenance using Capgemini Invent products and services.
• Lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmaps including greenfield, brownfield and hybrid approaches.
• Advise on SAP strategy, S/4HANA architecture, cloud vs on-premise decisions, and integration with SAP BTP and analytics.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships and contribute to business development across client accounts.

Your Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM Architect to lead Digital Core Supply Chain advisory and transformation engagements, based preferably in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a solid track record of E2E business transformation delivery for clients across one or more supply chain domains, including procurement, maintenance and manufacturing, enabled by SAP S/4HANA.

You will possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a pronounced capability to understand the business impact of SAP technologies (SAP S/4HANA and others) and their implications for client executives across procurement, maintenance and manufacturing, enabling you to guide them through their SAP-enabled E2E transformation journey. You have a strong knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and you will advise clients on BTP strategy, architecture, and roadmap development

You will be working alongside technical architects, consulting and SAP delivery teams to help our clients scope & envision their future supply chain operating model, build the case for change, design & build their S/4HANA-enabled transformation, and support the roll out and adoption.

Key expectations

Running our Projects:

• Deliver Digital Core Supply Chain transformation programs, spanning one or more of procurement, manufacturing and maintenance, leveraging the full suite of Capgeminis products and services.
• Understand current and future client needs in the context of market dynamics and apply insights to recommend short and/or long-term value creation for the client.
• Lead the design and delivery of Digital Core / SAP S/4HANA transformation programs roadmaps, including greenfield, brownfield, and selective (hybrid) implementation approaches
• Act as a trusted advisor on SAP strategy, including S/4HANA architecture decisions, cloud vs. on-premise considerations, and integration with the broader digital ecosystem (e.g., SAP BTP, analytics, AI/ML capabilities)
• Ensure the quality of the work to be truly distinctive in its focus on client impact and tangible results.

Growing the Digital Core Supply Chain consulting business:

• Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
• Identify and create business opportunities across client accounts and projects.
• Campaign development and offering development, including for SAP S/4 HANA and SAP BTP-enabled supply chain propositions.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth
• Learning & Development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
• Develop and collate intellectual capital and points of view and create distinctive knowledge initiatives, which result in significant client impact and strengthen Capgemini Invents external reputation.

Your Skills and Experience

• 12-15+ years of experience in supply chain transformation, solution architecture, business transformation, program management, or technology consulting.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA-enabled supply chain transformation programs
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and their digitalization through SAP S/4HANA;
• Experience with SAP Rise/Grow with SAP, SAP BTP, or cloud-native SAP deployments
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to be successful in a matrix organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in developing and delivering consulting solutions.
• Currently working in a major consulting firm, and/or in industry but with a consulting background.
• Experience working in the Middle East region, with strong knowledge of local market dynamics and client landscape
• Proven SAP S/4HANA program/project management experience with a focus on supply chain transformation activities.
• Strong people leadership experience, including building, mentoring and growing consulting teams
• Certifications: SAP S/4HANA Certification (e.g. in Procurement/MM, Plant Maintenance/PM, or Manufacturing/PP) or SAP BTP certification preferred; PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent certifications are also valued.
• Experience working in the Middle East region, with strong knowledge of local market dynamics and client landscape is an advantage
• Industry specialization (e.g., manufacturing, consumer products & retail, Energy)
