Capgemini Invent in Dubai seeks an experienced Management Consultant/Senior Manager to lead Digital Core advisory and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for clients across the Middle East. Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant/Senior Manager to lead our Digital Core advisory and transformation projects enabled by SAP S/4HANA, for our clients across the Middle East. You will act as a trusted SAP transformation advisor to client executives. This role requires a solid track record of E2E business transformation delivery for clients, combining strong programme governance discipline with credible, advisory-level SAP knowledge.

You will possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a pronounced capability to understand the business impact of SAP technologies (SAP S/4HANA and others) and their implications for client executives, enabling you to guide them through their SAP-enabled E2E transformation journey. Equally, you will bring proven discipline in establishing and running Transformation Management Offices, providing the governance backbone – planning, risk, quality, and stakeholder management – that keeps large-scale SAP transformation programmes on track.

You will be working alongside technical architects, digital specialists, consulting and SAP delivery teams to help our clients scope & envision their future business model, build the case for change, design & build their S/4HANA-enabled transformation, and support the roll out and adoption.

Key expectations

Running our Projects:

• Deliver Digital Core transformation programs, including ERP and SAP S/4HANA implementations, leveraging the full suite of Capgemini’s products and services.
• Support SAP S/4 transformation workstreams, including business readiness, data migration readiness, testing coordination, cutover planning, and hypercare stabilization
• Lead, develop and engage Capgemini Invent resources to enable the identification and delivery of value, bringing the best resources to our clients.
• Understand current and future client needs in the context of market dynamics and apply insights to recommend short and/or long-term value creation for the client.
• Ensure the quality of the work to be truly distinctive in its focus on client impact and tangible results.
• Contribute to practice development: methodologies, accelerators, points of view, and thought leadership

Growing the Digital Core Transformation consulting business:

• Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
• Identify and create business opportunities across client accounts and projects.
• Campaign development and offering development.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth
• Develop and collate intellectual capital and points of view and create distinctive knowledge initiatives, which result in significant client impact and strengthen Capgemini Invents external reputation.
• Learning & Development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

Your Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, business transformation, program management, or technology consulting.
• Demonstrated experience establishing and managing Transformation Management Offices (TMO).
• Strong background in program governance, PMO, risk management, and organizational change.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and implementation methodologies (SAP Activate or equivalent)
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to be successful in a matrix organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in developing and delivering consulting solutions.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Digital Core and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Proven SAP S/4 HANA program/project management with a focus on business transformation activities
• Experience managing multi-vendor, multi-shore delivery teams
• Familiarity with adjacent transformation levers: data & analytics, process mining, AI-enabled operations
• Currently working in a major consulting firm, and/or in industry but with a consulting background.
• Experience working in the Middle East region, with strong knowledge of local market dynamics and client landscape.
• Certifications: SAP S/4HANA Certification or SAP Project Management Certification strongly preferred; PMP, PgMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent programme management certifications are also valued.
• Arabic Language is a major plus
