Seal Infotech Pvt Ltd in Dubai seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to design, implement and support complex HCM processes. You will conduct discovery, configure the SAP SF system, and guide clients through best practices while managing relationships and ensuring timely deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SAP SF experience, strong communication, and Agile Scrum knowledge; familiarity with XML/HTML is a plus. This on-site Dubai role offers close client collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring, implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• 5 full life-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations from planning to go-live.
• Experience using Agile implementation methodologies.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication with teams and clients.
• Solid understanding of Agile Scrum.
• Ability to work independently and with others; self-directed.
• Familiarity with XML/HTML preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and support complex SAP SuccessFactors HCM processes.
• Conduct discovery meetings to map current and future processes.
• Configure SAP SF to meet client needs with best-practice guidance.
• Manage client relationships throughout the implementation and support.
• Take initiative to solve problems and remove roadblocks.
• Train end-users on processes and the SAP SF application.
• Maintain deadlines and ensure deliverables are accurate.
