Job summary

Accenture Middle East seeks an experienced SAP Consultant to lead and support the design, implementation and optimization of SAP solutions across Finance, Logistics, HR and other modules. The role requires deep functional/technical knowledge and collaboration with client stakeholders to deliver mission-critical SAP solutions.

You will guide end-to-end SAP projects, translate complex requirements into specifications, and ensure regulatory alignment, data integrity, and audit readiness across SAP

Qualifications

Proven experience 5 years delivering SAP solutions in highly regulated environments.
Deep functional expertise in at least three of the listed SAP modules.
Understanding of procurement frameworks is desirable.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior executive level.
SAP certification in one or more relevant modules desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects.
Gather and translate complex business requirements into SAP functional and technical specifications.
Configure, test and deploy SAP modules in line with SAP standards and regulatory frameworks.
Provide subject matter expertise across relevant SAP modules.
Liaise with stakeholders to manage expectations and drive solution adoption.
Conduct workshops, training sessions and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure data integrity, security, compliance and audit readiness across all SAP environments.
Contribute to solution architecture design and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage and mentor junior consultants and client-side SAP teams.
