Job summary

Seal Infotech Pvt Ltd in Dubai seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to design, implement and support complex HCM processes. You will conduct discovery, configure the SAP SF system, and guide clients through best practices while managing relationships and ensuring timely deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SAP SF experience, strong communication, and Agile Scrum knowledge; familiarity with XML/HTML is a plus. This on-site Dubai role offers close client collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring, implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• 5 full life-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations from planning to go-live.
• Experience using Agile implementation methodologies.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication with teams and clients.
• Solid understanding of Agile Scrum.
• Ability to work independently and with others; self-directed.
• Familiarity with XML/HTML preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designing implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management HCM environment
• Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer s current process and future state needs
• Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
• Manage the relationship with the customer throughout the implementation support process
• Take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
• Result-oriented individual
• Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
• Train end-users on specific processes and application

Requirements

• Required Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in configuring, implementing and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• 5 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors from planning to configuration through go-live.
• Implementation experience using an Agile implementation methodology
• Ability to clearly, concisely, and confidently communicate with project team members, the client, and the clients customers, both verbally and in writing.
• Solid experience with and understanding of Agile Scrum.
• Ability to work independently and with others; self-directed.
• Ability to elicit and document business requirements.
• Preferred Familiarity with XML/HTML, a plus, with ability to become proficient quickly.
• Ability to grasp business concepts and setup applications accordingly
• Ability to multi task, exercise sound judgment and prioritize conflicting demands of time with minimal supervision.
