Job summary

JOBZE is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to lead design, implementation, and optimisation of SAP solutions across FI/CO, MM, SD, PM, HCM, and more in a highly regulated environment. You will engage with client stakeholders, programme managers, and technical teams to deliver mission-critical SAP solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of SAP delivery experience, deep module expertise in at least three areas, and strong governance and communication skills to drive adoption and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering SAP solutions in highly regulated environments.
• Deep functional expertise in at least three SAP modules.
• Understanding of procurement frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication at senior level.
• SAP certification in one or more relevant modules (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects.
• Gather and translate complex business requirements into SAP specs.
• Configure, test, and deploy SAP modules per standards.
• Provide subject matter expertise across SAP modules.
• Liaise with stakeholders to manage expectations and drive adoption.
• Conduct workshops, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and audit readiness.
• Contribute to solution architecture and continuous improvement.
• Manage and mentor junior consultants and client teams.
