Job summary

Müller’s Solutions, a premier SAP consulting firm, seeks an experienced SAP ECP Consultant for a 3-month Dubai contract with potential extension. You will lead implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Employee Central Payroll for client projects.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and at least four years of SAP EC/EC Payroll experience, strong payroll process knowledge, and proven client-facing, project-management, and analytical skills to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of SAP EC/EC Payroll experience.
• Strong payroll knowledge and SAP integration.
• Proficiency in SAP ECP functionality: time and attendance, reporting.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles and project management preferred.
• Immediate availability to start the contract.

In this role, you will be key to the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Employee Central Payroll solutions for our clients. You will engage directly with client teams to understand their requirements and help optimize their payroll processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP Employee Central or Employee Central Payroll modules.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, configurations, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Proficiency in SAP ECP functionality, including time and attendance, configuration, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
