Job summary

Inflexion invites an experienced HR Manager to join our software-focused team in Abu Dhabi. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance, with a special emphasis on IT and SAP roles to support growth.

You’ll collaborate with managers to drive performance, engage staff, ensure policy alignment, and deliver HR analytics across our offices. A bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years in software HR are required, with excellence in communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-5 years HR Manager experience in software industry, IT and SAP recruitment emphasized.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in end-to-end recruitment with a focus on SAP roles and collaborate with a recruiter.
• Manage onboarding for new professionals, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Employee Relations: Address inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Foster a positive working environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives for software professionals.
• Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers and employees.
• Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with local labour laws across offices.
• HR Analytics and Reporting: Maintain employee records and generate HR metrics.
• Exit Process: Manage the exit process, including exit interviews and documentation.
