Job summary

Net2Source Inc. in Dubai invites an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to own the end-to-end migration from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA. You will work with Oracle DBAs, business stakeholders and the SI team to map legacy data to SAP master and transactional objects.

The role requires 8+ years in data migration, strong SQL/Oracle skills, and hands-on LTMC/LTMOM and SAP BODS experience. This is a contract position for 12–24 months based in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data migration roles.
• Strong Oracle EBS (R12) to SAP S/4HANA migration experience.
• Strong SQL and Oracle knowledge, including EBS data structures.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA data structures and migration objects.
• Experience with LTMC/LTMOM and SAP BODS or equivalent tools.
• Data profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation and reconciliation.
• Experience with mock loads and cutover loads.
• Coordinate with DBAs, technical teams, stakeholders and SI teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data ownership and sign-off.

Job Role: SAP Data Migration Lead

Job Type: Contract (12 - 24 months)

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

The SAP Data Migration Lead will take full ownership of the end-to-end data migration lifecycle from legacy Oracle EBS schemas into SAP S/4HANA. This role requires technical depth in database extraction and data cleansing, as well as functional understanding to map legacy structures into SAP master and transactional data objects.

Key requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Data Migration roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (R12) to SAP S/4HANA data migration.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database knowledge, including understanding of Oracle EBS FIN, SCM, and HCM data structures.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA data structures and migration objects.
• Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM), SAP BODS or equivalent data migration/transformation tools.
• Experience in data profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation and reconciliation.
• Experience managing mock loads, cutover loads and migration readiness.
• Ability to work closely with Oracle DBAs, internal technical teams, business stakeholders and the System Integrator's data migration team.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive data ownership, validation and business sign-off.
