Job summary

tech carrot, a leading global IT service provider headquartered in Dubai, seeks an experienced SAP professional focused on Automotive Aftersales. You will design, configure, and optimize SAP IS-Auto/DBM, lead workshops, and drive transformation initiatives with Proaxia VSS.

You will gather requirements, prepare BRD/ FDD, and support end-to-end SAP project delivery including data migration, testing, and go-live activities. Strong ABAP, SQL, and integration skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementations, roll-outs, or upgrade projects.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• SAP Certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprint activities.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and Proaxia VSS implementations.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document requirements; prepare BRD/FDD and process diagrams.
• Perform root cause analysis, debugging of ABAP programs, and integration support across OEM, CRM, payment gateways, and middleware.

• Design, configure, and optimize SAP IS-Auto / DBM and Proaxia VSS solutions for Automotive Aftersales operations.
• Lead business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprint activities.

Business Process Analysis :
