Two years of receptionist experience is preferred, with Arabic and English language skills. This full-time role offers incentives such as commission, tips, and overtime in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of receptionist or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients in a friendly manner.

• Manage salon calendar and coordinate with stylists/technicians.
• Answer client inquiries about services, pricing and promotions.
• Process payments, handle cash, and maintain records.
• Keep reception area clean and organized.
• Promote salon products and services to clients.
• Handle complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain client records and update contact details.
• Order and restock office supplies as needed.
