Responsibilities

• Manage the salon reception area in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Greet clients and provide front-desk customer service.
• Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and walk-in clients using the salon booking system.
• Respond professionally to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
• Coordinate daily appointment schedules with Nail Masters, Hair Stylists, and other staff.
• Handle payments and daily sales records accurately.
• Maintain and update client information and appointment records.
• Monitor salon inventory and stock levels, including beauty products and supplies.
• Coordinate purchasing and place orders for salon products when required.
• Support Management with daily salon operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist with client follow-ups, promotions, and customer retention.
• Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean and presentable.
