Job summary

MADI International is looking for a commercially driven Salon Business Development Partner to manage and grow a portfolio of partner salons and spas. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, drive sales growth, improve salon business performance, and strengthen brand presence across the professional beauty industry.

Based in Dubai, you will coach partners on business KPIs, identify education needs, and lead promotions, stock planning, and merchandising to achieve sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in sales, business development, or account management in beauty/salon industry.
• Proven salon/spa account management experience with decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of salon operations, retail sales & KPIs.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of partner salons and spas and build strong relationships with owners and managers.
• Coach partners on business performance indicators including retail-to-service ratio and average ticket value.
• Drive sell-in and sell-through through seasonal launches, promotions, stock planning and merchandising.
• Identify salon education needs and coordinate with Education team to improve skills and business performance.
• Ensure brand standards, back-bar commitments, in-salon rituals and visual merchandising.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new salon partners, including converting competitors' salons.
• Monitor salon performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop action plans to hit sales targets.
