MADI International is seeking an Outdoor Sales Representative for the Hair division in Ras Al Khaimah. This role blends technical product knowledge with sales excellence, using live demonstrations to drive growth and expand presence among salons and beauty professionals.

You will develop and grow salon accounts, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute effective strategies in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nail Technician or relevant beauty industry professional.
• 3–7 years of hands-on technical experience with strong sales exposure.
• Proven ability to conduct professional demonstrations and convert them into sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with understanding of pricing, promotions, and account management.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
