Beauty Salon in Sharjah seeks a General Manager to lead end-to-end salon operations, drive revenue, and launch advanced treatments with compliant licensing. You will manage staff, ensure stellar client experience, and grow membership and add-on services.

The role requires 5–10 years in salon management, with 2+ years in UAE, and a track record of achieving revenue targets while maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years managing a salon, medispa, day spa or aesthetic clinic, with at least 2 years in the UAE or GCC.
• Track record meeting revenue targets and explaining how it was achieved.
• Working knowledge of UAE beauty licensing and licensing boundaries (salon vs clinic).
• People management of frontline team of 15+ employees, including recruitment and training.
• Able to read a P&L, calculate margins and manage costs.
• Fluent English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly revenue target and deliver against a weekly plan.
• Drive membership, packages, and retail sales.
• Lead the launch of new treatments and ensure compliant licensing.
• Manage daily salon operations, staff rota, and SOP adherence.
• Coordinate with external marketing to optimize campaigns and cost per booking.
• Recruit and develop a multinational 21-person team; set and monitor targets.
