Job summary

Salon Abla Fahita for Hairdressing in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive Marketing and Sales specialist to drive revenue growth, acquire new customers, and build strategic partnerships.

You will develop campaigns, analyze performance data, and collaborate with salon teams to convert opportunities into bookings. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus; full-time on-site role in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Female candidate with 1 year of marketing and sales experience, preferably in beauty/salon/hospitality.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in engaging with companies, event organizers and external partners.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive customer acquisition.
• Good understanding of marketing strategies, data analysis and reporting.
• Creative, proactive, organized and results-oriented; team player with strong English skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative marketing and sales ideas to increase revenue and customer acquisition
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
• Communicate and build professional relationships with companies, organizations, exhibitions, events and potential partners
• Negotiate and coordinate business partnerships agreements and promotional collaborations
• Work towards achieving assigned sales and marketing targets
• Develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase bookings and sales
• Analyze sales and marketing data and prepare regular performance reports for management
• Monitor campaign results, customer trends and sales performance to identify areas for improvement
• Contribute new ideas to improve existing marketing strategies and develop new marketing plans
• Work closely with the marketing and salon teams to implement marketing initiatives effectively
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors and new marketing opportunities
