Sight Spectrum seeks an experienced Lead Salesforce Consultant to drive end-to-end CRM implementations in Abu Dhabi. You will own design, development, data migration, and strict adherence to UAE/NESA compliance while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Detailed Job Description:

As a Lead Salesforce Consultant / Implementation Lead at Sight Spectrum in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will take full ownership of designing, building, and delivering mission-critical Salesforce solutions from requirement discovery through UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass leading solution design, developing custom Apex classes, REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Flows, and Screen Flows, configuring Marketing Cloud / Account Engagement (Pardot), and managing Einstein Activity Capture. You will oversee complex data modeling, external IDs, upsert operations, data migration, and deduplication while ensuring strict compliance with local cybersecurity frameworks and NESA data residency regulations. Working in a fast-paced enterprise consulting environment offering a 1-year extendable contract, you will accelerate CRM adoption and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end enterprise Salesforce projects from initial requirement discovery through design, build, UAT, deployment, and support.
• Architect and deliver robust Salesforce solutions incorporating Apex, REST/SOAP APIs, and complex integration architectures.
• Build advanced Salesforce Flows, Screen Flows, and automated business processes to streamline operational workflows.
• Configure and manage Marketing Cloud / Account Engagement (Pardot) and Einstein Activity Capture features.
• Oversee data modeling, external IDs, upsert operations, data migration strategies, and enterprise deduplication.
• Ensure strict adherence to Salesforce security baselines, UAE data residency laws, and NESA compliance requirements.
• Partner with business executives and senior stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Coordinate developers, QA testers, and project resources, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and delivery governance.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and milestone delivery in an Agile project management framework.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in Salesforce CRM implementation, solution architecture, and technical delivery.
• Deep specialized expertise in Salesforce Flows, Screen Flows, Apex programming, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Proven practical experience with Marketing Cloud / Account Engagement (Pardot) and Einstein Activity Capture.
• Extensive background in data modeling, external IDs, upsert configurations, large-scale data migration, and deduplication.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce security models, compliance frameworks, UAE data residency, and NESA regulations.
• Strong experience in Agile project management, stakeholder engagement, resource coordination, and delivery governance.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, client-facing presentation, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
