Job summary

EI-TECHNOLOGIES MENA, part of NEO-DIS.COM Group, seeks a seasoned Salesforce Lead to drive implementations from discovery to delivery in the Middle East. You will blend hands-on development with functional consulting and project leadership, engaging directly with clients to gather requirements and shape scalable solutions.

The role demands strong English communication, a Bachelor’s in CS/IT, and 7+ years of Salesforce consulting and PM experience, plus travel on mission as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce data management tools.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator is required; Platform Developer, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certifications are preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills are required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Proven experience in both functional and technical roles and open to travel on a mission basis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of business processes.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding project status and timelines.
• Create and maintain documentation for customizations and configurations, and conduct training sessions for users and administrators.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery while staying up to date with Salesforce releases and recommending enhancements.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the integrity and quality of solutions, debugging and resolving issues as they arise.
• Provide ongoing support and implement enhancements to optimize Salesforce usage across the organization.
• Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions, including data models, user interfaces, and integrations.
• Implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
