Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce solution design, development, and implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and deliver portals for customers, brokers, and partners using Experience Cloud.
• Develop and manage integrations with ERP, payment gateways, PMS, and marketing platforms.
• Lead technical teams; enforce best practices, architecture, and CI/CD standards.
• Support data migration, deployment, testing, and production releases.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, design scalable solutions, and support business processes across sales, leasing, customer service, and property management.

Key Responsibilities
