Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, and platform features
• Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud to deliver scalable and optimized CRM solutions
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration tools
• Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components and custom user interfaces to improve usability and performance
• Automate business processes using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Apex Triggers
• Manage deployments, releases, and version control using Flosum, Git, and CI-CD best practices
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, security guidelines, and governor limits
• Perform unit testing, peer code reviews, system integration testing, and production support
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Salesforce environments

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex development including classes, triggers, batch, and queueable processes
• Strong experience with Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Salesforce Flows
• Proven experience in Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and External Services
• Hands‑on experience with deployment tools such as Flosum, Change Sets, or DevOps pipelines
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and platform limits
• Experience with Salesforce data migration tools including Data Loader and Data Import Wizard
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is preferred

• Real estate domain experience is highly preferred
