Job summary

LTM in Dubai seeks a senior Salesforce expert to lead end-to-end implementations across Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and LWC development. You will architect solutions, guide a team of developers, and drive high-quality design reviews.

You will design and deploy autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI to automate complex business processes and customer interactions. Strong backend and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
• Salesforce Certified Developer and Admin (PD1 & Admin).
• Experience with AI-enabled automation and integration tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Apex, Flows and integrations to automate complex business processes and customer interactions.
• Provide backend development expertise and contribute to high-level design decisions.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, offering technical direction.
