Salesforce technical lead

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and enterprise integrations, along with hands‑on experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will lead end‑to‑end Salesforce implementations, design scalable solutions, and support business processes across sales, leasing, customer service, and property management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce solution design, development, and implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement customer, broker, and partner portals using Experience Cloud.
• Develop and manage integrations with ERP systems, payment gateways, property management systems, marketing platforms, and third‑party applications.
• Lead technical teams and provide guidance on Salesforce with the best practices, architecture, and development standards.
• Support data migration, deployment, testing, and production releases.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
