Job summary

Techcarrot FZ LLC in Dubai seeks a Salesforce QA tester to develop and execute test cases for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features, including custom objects. You will perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications, validate data integrity and security rules, and collaborate with developers.

Join a cross-functional team including admins, BA, PMs; participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups, create QA artifacts, and drive quality across integrations and mobile Salesforce

Qualifications

• Experience testing Salesforce apps including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing.
• Knowledge of SOQL for data validation.
• Familiar with regression, integration, UAT, and smoke testing.
• Ability to create and maintain QA docs and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases and scripts for Salesforce features.
• Test integrations via APIs and user interfaces.
• Validate data integrity, business workflows, and security rules in Salesforce.
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, UAT, and smoke testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects in Jira; collaborate with developers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide QA feedback.
• Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups and QA status reporting.
• Maintain QA documentation including test data and test summary reports.
• Familiar with Salesforce mobile testing as needed.
