Job summary

techcarrot in Dubai seeks a QA professional with Salesforce expertise to design and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

You will work with developers, business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring quality and alignment with business requirements, while contributing to QA process improvements and test automation.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of QA/testing experience, preferably hands-on Salesforce testing.
• Strong experience testing Salesforce applications: functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
• Experience creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, test plans, and test scripts.
• Experience with manual and automated testing.
• Knowledge of defect identification, documentation, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience with test data and test environments.
• Experience using defect/test management tools such as Assembla.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Salesforce applications.
• Execute manual and automated testing and analyze results to identify defects.
• Create and maintain test data, test environments, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document, track, and report defects using Assembla or relevant defect-management tools.
• Analyze defects, identify root causes, and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Maintain testing documentation and provide clear test execution and quality reports.
• Ensure new Salesforce changes and enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Apply strong functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM to validate business processes and system functionality.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions meet defined business requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and testing methodologies.
