Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to support, customize, and enhance a highly tailored Salesforce ecosystem. You will work with Sales, Finance, Customer Service and Marketing to automate processes and integrate Salesforce with internal and external platforms.

The role focuses on Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Flows, automation, and real estate modules, with emphasis on scalable design and data integrity across deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
• Expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions, data models, and automation frameworks.
• Third-party integrations with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing model, governor limits, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, SOQL/SOSL and Lightning Web Components.
• Design and maintain Salesforce Flows, approval processes, validation rules, and other automation.
• Manage Lead and Opportunity Management including routing and lifecycle processes.
• Develop and support real estate modules: inventory, bookings, contracts, valuation and financial processes.
• Build and maintain integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and external platforms.
• Manage Salesforce security, user access, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing, and data integrity.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards and operational analytics.
• Perform data migration, cleansing and deduplication.

We are looking for an experienced SeniorSalesforce Developer to support, develop, customize, and enhance a highly customized Salesforce ecosystem. The role will work closely with Sales, Developer Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to build scalable solutions, automate business processes, and integrate Salesforce with internal and external platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Schedulers, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design and maintain Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, validation rules, and other automation.
• Manage and enhance Lead and Opportunity Management, including lead routing, assignment, conversion, and customer lifecycle processes.
• Develop and support customized real estate modules, including property inventory, bookings, payment plans, sales offers, contracts, valuation, and financial processes.
• Build and maintain integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, property portals, websites, Meta/Facebook leads, telephony, WhatsApp, marketing platforms, and other external systems.
• Manage Salesforce security, user access, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing, and data integrity.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and operational analytics.
• Perform data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and data management activities.
• Support deployments across Development, QA, Near Production, and Production environments.
• Perform testing, troubleshoot issues, support UAT, and ensure successful production releases.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot performance, automation, integration, and data‑related issues while ensuring Salesforce best practices are followed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience in Salesforce Development and Customization, preferably with Sales Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions, data models, and automation frameworks.
• Strong experience with third‑party integrations and REST APIs.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, governor limits, and optimization.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment, testing, data migration, and release management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.

Preferred

• Experience in Real Estate CRM or property management systems.
• Experience with Lead Management, Opportunity Management, booking, payment, and financial processes.
• Experience with telephony and WhatsApp integrations.
• Salesforce certifications are an advantage.
