Job summary

The ENTERTAINER is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. You will work with stakeholders to ensure the platform delivers business value and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities include development using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components, platform configuration, dashboards, REST API integrations, and ongoing maintenance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II and Salesforce Admin.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with REST APIs and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Configure objects, fields, pages, flows, and security to meet business requirements.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor business performance.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via RESTful APIs and other services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
• Perform administrative tasks including user setup, security, and data management.
• Keep documentation up to date for development and configuration work.
• Stay current with Salesforce features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.

Position Overview

The Salesforce Developer plays a key role in designing building and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions that support our sales service and customer experience functions. The role requires deep knowledge of Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud with hands-on experience in both development and administration. The developer works closely with business stakeholders to ensure the platform meets evolving needs and delivers business value.

As a Salesforce Developer you will

• Develop test and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex Visualforce and Lightning components.
• Configure the platform through custom objects fields flows validation rules and page layouts.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into business performance.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via RESTful APIs and other web services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements identify gaps and implement scalable solutions.
• Perform administrative tasks such as user setup security configuration and data management.
• Monitor and apply new Salesforce features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
• Maintain accurate documentation of development and configuration work.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Holds current Salesforce certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Proficient in Apex programming triggers Lightning Web Components and Visualforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce admin functions including permission sets roles and data migration.
• Demonstrated experience in system integrations using REST APIs.
