Job summary
Equiti Group in Dubai is seeking a Salesforce Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery across the group's Salesforce ecosystem — Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Agentforce — serving 500+ internal users. The role converts strategic roadmaps into production-ready releases and acts as the operational deputy to the Head of Department.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in Salesforce delivery roles
- 3+ years leading multi-workstream delivery
- Proven multi-cloud Salesforce delivery experience
- Strong release management and environment governance
- Experience managing implementation partners and blended teams
- Structured delivery methodology (Agile/hybrid) and executive level reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management at senior levels
Responsibilities
- Delivery planning, sequencing and prioritisation across workstreams
- Lead delivery ceremonies, track milestones and RAID logs
- Coordinate UAT cycles, gate approvals and go-live readiness
- Oversee release calendar and deployment governance
- Manage day-to-day delivery from partners and internal teams
- Coordinate with Salesforce teams on platform capabilities and licensing
- Provide delivery status reporting and deputise for Head of Department
