Job summary

IC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst in Dubai to bridge business processes with developers and QA during a CRM migration from legacy systems to Salesforce. You will translate how the business works into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and access designs, ensuring a usable org for sales, retention, and compliance teams.

You will run workshops, map processes, and define data models while ensuring data quality and migration readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience on CRM migration or system transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model and core clouds (Sales/Service).
• SF Admin, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Consultant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Run workshops, interviews and process walkthroughs with Sales, Partners, Compliance and Support.
• Map current and future-state processes for CRM migration and identify gaps against legacy system.
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria in Jira; draft BDD scenarios when needed.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Salesforce Architect, developers and QA to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Plan data migration: field mapping, data quality rules, and validate migrated records.
• Maintain process docs, data dictionaries, and training materials; drive user adoption post-release.
• Define and run test cases for system, integration and UAT; support production validation and root-cause analysis.
