Job summary

Mira Construction is seeking a Salesforce specialist to own CRM setup, development, and day-to-day administration for a real estate developer. You will configure pipelines, integrate channels, automate lead distribution, and create reports and dashboards while maintaining data quality and supporting the team post-implementation.

The role includes integrating Salesforce with websites and external services, managing data for projects and units, and aligning with brokers and agencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce in a business environment.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud including Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns and Activities.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow, validation rules, lead assignment rules, queues, access management, reports & dashboards.
• Experience integrating external systems via APIs and webhooks, troubleshooting errors, preventing duplicates.
• Proficiency in Apex and SOQL to read, troubleshoot, and modify logic.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize lead/opportunity management with stages, fields, and ownership.
• Maintain data quality and integrate channels (email, web, WhatsApp, telephony) with Salesforce.
• Automate lead distribution and follow-ups; monitor time-to-first-contact.
• Preserve lead source, UTM, campaign data, and project/unit relations in data model.
• Set up templates, notifications, and consent-compliant confirmations.
• Audit integration errors and reprocess failed leads without duplicates.
• Assess connectors, licenses, and final integration approach after audits.
