Job summary

MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is seeking a Salesforce specialist to own the CRM setup, development, and day-to-day administration for a real estate developer. You will configure pipelines, integrate channels, automate lead distribution, and create dashboards, while maintaining data quality and system support post-implementation.

The role requires expertise in Sales Cloud, APIs, and Apex/SOQL, with strong Russian language skills for requirements gathering and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration and admin experience.
• Fluent Russian for requirements gathering and training.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud: Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns and Activities.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow, validation rules, lead assignment rules, queues, reports and dashboards.
• Experience integrating external systems via APIs and webhooks, troubleshooting errors and preventing duplicates.
• Proficiency in Apex and SOQL to modify logic, write tests and handle platform limits.
• Experience with data imports, cleansing and bulk updates and understanding impact on automations.
• Experience with sandbox environments, deployments and version control.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions and explain outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.
• English proficiency for technical documentation and support communications.

Responsibilities

• Configure and improve lead and opportunity management processes, including stages, transition criteria, required fields, loss reasons, tasks, and reminders.
• Align with the business on differences between direct inquiries and broker workflows, implementing separate processes where needed.
• Configure conversion of leads into contacts and opportunities while preserving lead source and history.
• Establish relationships between customers, brokers, opportunities, projects and units within the data model.
• Automate follow-ups, inactivity monitoring and escalations to managers.
• Audit channels and integrate the agreed set with Salesforce: email, telephony, WhatsApp, websites, landing pages and forms.
• Enable CRM-based communications, sending/receiving messages, calls, ownership assignments, and history tracking.
• Preserve lead source information, UTM, campaign data and project interest; manage duplicates.
• Configure templates, notifications and confirmations with consent requirements.
• Monitor integrations to detect failed leads/messages and reprocess without duplicates.
• Assess compatibility, licensing and connector costs; determine final integration approach after audit.
• Implement lead assignment rules (round-robin, language, source, team, manager availability).
• Maintain assignment history and ensure accurate reporting after reassignment.
