Job summary

MIRAL.LLC in Dubai is seeking a Salesforce specialist to own the setup, development, and day-to-day administration of the CRM for a real estate developer. You will configure pipelines, integrate channels, automate lead distribution, and build reports and dashboards to drive sales across projects and units.

You will ensure data quality, support users, and coordinate integrations with websites and external services.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on Salesforce configuration in a business environment.
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud data models (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities).
Experience with Salesforce Flow, validation rules, lead assignment rules, queues, access management, reports & dashboards.
Proficiency in Apex and SOQL to read, troubleshoot, modify logic, and write tests.
Experience with data imports, cleansing, and bulk updates; understand automation impact.
Experience with sandbox environments, deployments, and version control.

Responsibilities

Configure and improve lead and opportunity management processes including stages, fields, and reminders.
Align with business needs for direct customer vs broker workflows; implement separate processes where needed.
Convert leads to contacts and opportunities while preserving source, history and ownership.
Establish relationships between customers, brokers, opportunities, projects and units in the data model.
Automate follow-ups, inactivity monitoring and escalations to managers.
Audit channels and integrate with Salesforce: email, telephony, WhatsApp, websites, landing pages, forms.
Enable managers to handle communications from the CRM and maintain history.
Configure lead source retention, UTM data, campaigns, and project interest points.
Configure templates, notifications, and confirmations with consent and unsubscribe handling.
Monitor integration errors to detect failed leads and messages for reprocessing without duplicates.
Assess compatibility, licensing, and connectors; final approach after audit.
Lead assignment rules with round-robin and workload considerations.
Maintain assignment history and accurate reporting after reassignment.
Provide ongoing system support and dashboard reporting after implementation.
