Job summary

Mivian Indoglobal Management Private Limited in Sharjah, UAE, seeks an Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing with 4+ years in steel, ferro alloys, metals & minerals trading, foundry or raw materials. You will drive sales, sourcing, and commercial activity to grow revenue.

The role covers buying and selling, negotiating terms, and managing customer relationships with a focus on profitability and market insight. UAE market knowledge is essential, with preference for Dubai-based candidates.

Qualifications

4+ years of relevant industry experience in steel, ferro alloys, metals & minerals trading, foundry or raw materials.
Experience in sales, purchasing, trading or commercial functions.
Strong negotiation and communication skills; proven ability to finalize commercial deals.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners.
Identify new business opportunities in steel, ferro alloys, metals & minerals sectors.
Handle buying and selling/trading activities and source raw materials; negotiate terms.
Develop and manage customer accounts and sales opportunities; monitor margins and profitability.
Take responsibility for P&L and commercial performance as required.
Prepare sales/trading reports and provide market updates to management.
