Job summary

Al Sifa Trading LLC is expanding its operations in the United Arab Emirates and is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead Metal Scrap Procurement and Business Development activities across the UAE. Our processing facility is located in Sharjah Sajja Industrial Area.

The successful candidate will identify opportunities, secure scrap procurement contracts and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
2–5 years UAE experience in industrial sales, procurement, marketing or business development.
Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
Fluency in English and Hindi; Arabic is a plus.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through daily visits to industrial clients across the UAE.
Procure ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap from industrial companies.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Identify upcoming shutdowns, demolitions, plant expansions and maintenance projects.
Promote Al Sifa Trading's metal recycling solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals and weekly activity reports.
Negotiate commercial agreements and close procurement contracts.
Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities.
Coordinate project handover to Operations after contract award.
Represent the company professionally at client meetings and sites.
