Job summary

Nestlé in Dubai is seeking a Sales Technology Project Manager to lead all MENA sales and commercial technology initiatives. You will manage scope, cost and schedule with stakeholders and ensure adoption through training and feedback.

Qualifications

• University Degree: B.A in MIS or Engineering.
• FMCG background preferred.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in same field with cross functional experience.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage for results, motivate indirect team.
• Analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Project Management skills.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies.
• Advanced Office 365 experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales digitization projects / programs and develop transition plans to operations.
• Projects example: Digital Image Recognition, Distributor Management System, Data warehousing Solutions.
• Train End Users on the new solutions, processes, gathering feedback and monitoring performance to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement.
• Drive change management initiatives related to tools to enable continuous improvement and implement Commercial best practices (to the appropriate degree).
• Cross Functional Solutions: identify experience, design and construct cross functional solutions that meet business requirements and support the Business Partner capability.
• Drive development and support of Business analytics reporting including specifications, testing and end user training.
• Lead and leverage on super user network in the countries ensuring effective implementation of the Sales technology best practices and tools.
• This is a temporary role with a possibility of becoming full time.
