You will assist customers in selecting customized Kandura designs and ready-made products, take accurate body measurements, process orders, and drive sales while maintaining high standards of customer care and showroom presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Kandura tailoring, retail sales, or a similar role.
• Experience taking accurate body measurements for customized garments.
• Strong knowledge of Kandura fabrics, styles, tailoring, and fitting.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally and assist them in selecting customized Kandura designs and ready-made products
• Accurately take customer body measurements for tailoring and alterations
• Recommend suitable fabrics, styles, sizes, and designs based on customer requirements
• Convert customer inquiries into sales through product knowledge and communication
• Record customer measurements and order details accurately
• Coordinate with production team to ensure timely and accurate order completion
• Monitor order progress and verify orders before submission to minimize errors
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays and fitting areas
• Follow company policies, SOPs, hygiene standards and maintain a professional appearance

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally and assist them in selecting customized Kandura designs and ready-made products
• Accurately take customer body measurements for tailoring and alterations
• Recommend suitable fabrics styles sizes and designs based on customer requirements
• Convert customer inquiries into sales through excellent product knowledge and communication
• Conduct customer follow-ups to maximize sales conversion and repeat business
• Deliver outstanding customer service and professionally handle customer inquiries and concerns
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets through effective selling upselling and cross-selling
• Maintain knowledge of fabrics tailoring options pricing promotions and seasonal collections
• Record customer measurements and order details accurately
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order completion
