Job summary

United Diesel is seeking a proactive Sales Support Officer to streamline the sales process in the UAEN region. You will coordinate across sales, procurement, logistics, and customer service while preparing quotations and tender documents.

You will handle government tender portals, collaborate with BDMs and the Sales Manager, and ensure accurate documentation and timely responses to inquiries. The role emphasizes detail orientation and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, or commercial administration
• UAE National with a Family Book
• Experience with government tender portals is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales documentation, quotations, and tenders; handle body fitment queries
• Prepare accurate quotations, ensuring pricing, discounts, specs, and terms
• Manage walk-in customers and inbound inquiries; assign leads and follow up
• Submit government tenders via e-government portals; coordinate with BDMs and Sales Manager
• Monitor tender portals for opportunities and notify the sales team
• Coordinate with bodybuilders to obtain quotes for trailers and fitments; ensure timely completion
• Prepare purchase orders in line with plans and policies
• Coordinate vehicle supply chain activities: customs clearance, yard, logistics, delivery
• Maintain organized records of sales and operations documents
• Review deal docs and invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Liaise with banks regarding POs and financing docs
• Follow up with customers for export documentation
• Prepare regular reports on quotation activity, lost sales, and market intelligence
• Support KPI development and monitoring for sales support activities
• Ensure compliance with QMS and internal policies
