Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, including handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and assisting with sales presentations.
• Sales Data Management: Accurately maintain customer and sales data in the banking system to ensure reliable information for analysis.
• Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, such as contracts, proposals, and reports.
• Lead Management: Assist in lead generation, tracking, and follow-up to convert leads into opportunities (CRM systems).
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing metrics and providing insights for forecasting and planning.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers professionally, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
• Sales Pipeline Tracking: Monitor progress of opportunities and provide status updates to the team.
• Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, agencies and other departments to ensure coordination.
• Sales Training Support: Support during training sessions, ensuring materials and logistics are arranged.
