Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in a sales support, sales coordination, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with account setup, lead management, and data entry to keep customer records accurate.
• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and follow up on orders for a smooth customer experience.
• Handle order entries, confirmations, and updates in the CRM to ensure timely processing.
• Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and maintain records to help hit targets.
• Help create presentations, proposals, and other sales materials for meetings.
• Gather information on competitors, market trends, and customer needs with the sales team.
• Keep CRM up to date, manage leads and opportunities data, and help the team use tools effectively.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, and customer service to resolve issues around orders, invoicing, or product availability.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to help our sales team work faster and smarter. This is the role that keeps the sales engine running behind the scenes. You will handle the administrative and coordination work, manage customer inquiries, prepare quotes and sales materials, and keep our systems accurate, so the sales team can focus on building relationships and closing deals.

What You Will Do

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• One to three years in a sales support, sales coordination, or similar administrative role
• Detail oriented, organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
