Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Sales Operations Support professional in Dubai to drive end-to-end sales processes, manage customer data, and optimize dashboards with a data-driven approach.

You will collaborate across teams to enhance renewal strategies, reduce churn, and improve overall sales efficiency in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• Experience in sales support, sales operations, customer operations, or related roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with sales processes, contract management, customer management, system operations, and sales support.
• Strong data analysis skills; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools; experience with BI tools is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to drive issue resolution and project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sales process, including contract signing, billing setup, customer account management, and related operations; ensure standardized processes and accurate data.
• Collect, organize, and analyze sales operation data; build dashboards and provide insights to support decisions and improve sales efficiency.
• Manage customer lifecycle, segmentation, renewal support, churn risk identification and recovery, and customer experience optimization.
• Review and optimize sales support processes; develop SOPs, organize training, and enhance sales team capabilities.
• Identify and mitigate business risks; ensure compliance and safeguard company interests.

About The Team

Job Responsibilities

• Sales Process Support
  Responsible for supporting the end-to-end sales process, including contract signing, billing setup, customer account management, and other related business operations. Ensure standardized sales processes and accurate system data to improve operational efficiency and support smooth sales execution.
• Sales Data Analysis & Business Support
  Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales operation data. Build and maintain business analysis dashboards, conduct analysis based on key metrics such as customer lifecycle, opportunity conversion, and sales performance, and provide data insights to support business decision-making and continuously improve sales efficiency.
• Customer Operations & Relationship Management
  Responsible for customer lifecycle management and operation. Establish customer segmentation and operation strategies, support customer renewal, churn risk identification and recovery, and customer experience optimization, continuously improving customer engagement, retention, and business value.
• Process Optimization & Sales Enablement
  Continuously review and optimize sales support processes, establish and improve standardized operating procedures (SOPs), organize sales system and business process training, enhance sales team capabilities and process execution efficiency, and continuously improve operational quality.
• Risk Management & Compliance Control
  Responsible for sales business risk monitoring and compliance management. Identify and prevent business risks such as fraudulent customers, price competition, and non-compliant operations. Continuously improve risk control mechanisms, promote standardized sales operations, and safeguard company interests and sustainable business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, International Trade, Statistics, Information Management, or related fields are preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, customer operations, business support, or related roles. Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or related industries is preferred.
• Familiar with sales processes, with experience in contract management, customer management, system operations, and sales support.
• Strong data analysis skills; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools. Experience in business data analysis, reporting, and BI tools is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to drive business issue resolution and project implementation.
• Strong process optimization mindset with the ability to develop and improve business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Strong risk awareness and compliance mindset, with the ability to identify business risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, execution-driven, and capable of learning quickly. Strong ability to work under pressure with a strong service mindset.
