Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Japanese company with a regional base in Dubai for a Sales Specialist. You will drive B2B sales of lubricants, develop opportunities, and achieve revenue objectives across assigned territories.

You will manage relationships with distributors, corporate clients, and partners, identify new customers in the Middle East, Africa and CIS, and oversee the full sales cycle from visits to presentations and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of MENA relevant B2B sales experience for similar products.
• Ability to generate leads and convert new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Experienced in working with distributors, corporate clients, and international partners.
