Job summary

Kinetic is recruiting on behalf of a leading Medical Device company for a Dubai-based Sales Specialist. The role focuses on generating sales for radiology and imaging products and delivering product training to customers.

You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams, coordinate meetings, and support KOL engagements. Candidates must have 3–5 years UAE experience in radiology sales, hold a valid driver's license, and be available for face-to-face interviews in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in the UAE in radiology/imaging sales.
• Driver's license and personal car required.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Face-to-face interviews in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Generates sales and demand for the company’s products.
• Coordinates and conducts sales meetings and product training for customers.
• Effectively presents the product to groups of dental care professionals/students.
• Develops and maintains good relationships with sales and marketing personnel.
• Complies with all corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Works with the Clinical Educators regarding KOL meetings/presentations.
• Assists in training and coaching of new sales members.
• Maintains and updates the CRM; collaborates on marketing programmes.
• Manages and processes customer complaints.

• Ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment
• Driver's license and personal car required
