Job summary

Findr DXB ( Dream Jobs HR Consultant LLC) is seeking a Sales Representative to drive sales in the perfume and fragrance market in Dubai. You will develop new customers, manage accounts, promote our fragrance portfolio, and aim to achieve set sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, a genuine passion for perfumes, and the ability to present products confidently to customers and business partners. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales (perfume/fragrance/beauty/FMCG preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills essential.
• Graduate or 12th pass depending on role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell perfumes, fragrances, attars, and related products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, dealers, and customers.
• Visit customers regularly to generate sales and strengthen relationships.
• Present fragrance products, explain features, notes, benefits, and positioning.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products within budget.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Generate leads, follow up enquiries, quotations, and orders, convert to sales.
• Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
• Identify opportunities to expand distribution and market coverage.
• Coordinate with internal teams for orders, stock, dispatches, and support.
• Handle queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain regular sales and market reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Identify opportunities for expanding product distribution and market coverage.

• Maintain regular sales reports, customer visit reports, and market updates.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the perfume, fragrance, cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or FMCG industry.
• Candidates with an existing network of retailers, wholesalers, distributors, or dealers will be preferred.
• Good understanding of perfume/fragrance products and basic knowledge of fragrance notes is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sales mindset.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned market/territory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
• Graduate/12th pass depending on experience and role requirements.
