Bayan Medical Company in Dubai seeks a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team by managing documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The role involves handling RFQs, LPOs, tenders, bank guarantees, and maintaining filing systems while collaborating with Accounts, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery. 2+ years in healthcare/B2B is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or B2B sectors.
• Basic accounting knowledge; analyse costing, pricing, and accuracy of data.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with ERP/CRM systems and tender platforms.
• Experience with Excel data analysis features (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas).

Responsabilidades

• Assist and coordinate with Sales Team, Suppliers, and Customers for smooth service.
• Respond to correspondence, RFQs, and LPOs via multiple channels.
• Monitor tenders and auctions online and share opportunities with the team.
• Prepare quotations and tender documents with Sales Team guidance.
• Coordinate bank guarantees/bid bonds with supporting docs.
• Maintain accurate records for price lists, quotations, contracts, sales reports.
• Liaise with Accounts, Logistics, Warehouse to ensure timely delivery.
